SCB Trading Tool is an Excel for Windows add-in that helps to get trading indicators in Forex, Stock market and cryptocurrency. SCB Trading Tool also allows the users downloading historical data to perform specific analysis.
Getting stock market and cryptocurrency historical data
Binance
With SCB Trading Tool you can automatically downloads Cryptocurrency market information from www.binance.com by using the Binance API. A userform will be shown where you can enter information related to the cryptocurrency market, periods and other settings.
Alpha Vantage
SCB Trading Tool automatically downloads stock market information from www.alphavantage.co. A window will be shown for entering information related to download historical stock market data.
The user must firstly get a free API key from the web page by pressing “Get your free API key” link on Alpha Vantage window and follows its instructions.
Basic Indicators and Signals for trading
Indicators available on SCB Trading Tool are:
- SMA: Simple Moving Average.
- EMA: Exponential Moving Average
- RSI: Relative strength index
- Bollinger: Bollinger bands
- MACD: Moving Average Convergence Divergence
- Stochastic Oscilator + MA: Cross Stochastic oscillator + Moving Average
- Aroon oscillator
- ADX: Average Directional Index
On the right hand side of output data the user will find a summary table and a color chart which contains the signal (if any) for each selected indicator and the average result for these signals.
